Haven't purchased from P&O before; I'm delighted with the service and quality. Comms were all great. Delivery in good time, with plant well cared for and packaged. Fantastic quality plant already looking grand waiting to be planted in our new garden.

I did make a mistake, not realising that the height includes the pot. So the tree is smaller than I expected. But that was my mistake, which time will resolve (gardeners need patience). I only mention it so other customers avoid the same mistake.
